Job Title:

Energy Transition Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an Energy Transition Specialist to support the launch and market expansion of our AI-driven clean energy solutions. This role will work with the marketing team to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and strategic positioning.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing industry trends, customer segments, and competitors to refine transition strategies.
  • Identifying potential markets, customer segments, and strategic business opportunities, and engaging prospective customers through outbound efforts and digital outreach.
  • Assisting in sales conversations, onboarding, and managing client relationships to drive product adoption.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven transition strategies.
  • Monitoring key metrics, tracking conversion rates, and optimizing outreach efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in transition strategy, business development, or sales. Experience in the fields of AI, clean energy, or B2B SaaS is preferred.

Key Skills:

  • A background in market research, business development, or sales enablement.
  • Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven solutions, sustainability, or clean energy markets.
