We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Associate to join our team in Mumbai. The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in compliance within the expert network industry and a strong understanding of confidentiality and MNPI.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Additionally, they will have a bachelor's degree in law, business, or a related field and a strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring consultations to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations, enforcing non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and confidentiality policies with experts and clients, and conducting regular audits to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
You will also assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures, update and maintain compliance documentation, and provide training and support to internal teams and external experts on compliance requirements. Furthermore, you will investigate potential breaches of compliance, report incidents to senior management, and recommend corrective measures.
