Job Description:

The role of a Global Customer Liaison Specialist at Ged Global Education involves promoting and selling educational programs to potential students while responding to their inquiries on various courses. This position requires developing and sustaining strong relationships with prospective students and stakeholders, handling inbound queries from multiple channels, and making outbound calls to convert leads into applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Developing and Sustaining Relationships: Foster solid relationships with prospective students and company stakeholders through effective communication and customer service.
  2. Inbound and Outbound Sales: Handle inbound queries from various channels, including telephone, email, and web chat, while making outbound calls to convert prospective student leads into applications.
  3. Data Management: Ensure accurate and timely recording of customer data into all appropriate systems.
  4. Student Journey Development: Identify and report issues and trends to support the development of the student journey.
  5. Cross-Selling and Up-Selling: Promote products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue.

Qualifications:

  1. Fluency in English: Essential written and spoken English fluency; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
  2. Self-Starter and Problem Solver: Proven ability to work independently and address challenges effectively.
  3. Deadline Driven and Goal Oriented: Must be able to meet deadlines and achieve set goals.
  4. Positive Attitude and Customer Focus: Maintain a positive attitude and prioritize customer satisfaction.
  5. Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills to interact with individuals effectively.
  6. Teamwork and Adaptability: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing situations.
