Job Title

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth within a defined product mix by adhering to channel guidelines.
  • Build a productive and motivated team of agents and full-time employees, including ASM/SM/SSM/ABM/DBM as per plan.
  • Manage direct teams effectively.
  • Ensure quality checks on agents and induct them into the company.
  • Achieve desired activity and productivity revenue targets through FLS team members.
  • Support low-performing sales managers.
  • Guarantee availability of trained SM and agents, and support resources across all areas.
  • Monitor recruitments and agent inductions.
  • Evaluate and reward SM/agents on a timely basis.
  • Train all Sales Managers on company products and guidelines.
  • Effectively monitor and manage Business Quality Index parameters.
