Job Opportunity: Program Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives, driving strategic growth across IT and non-IT domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Delivery: Plan, execute, and deliver multiple projects of varying size and complexity, ensuring timely completion and exceeding client expectations.
  • Methodology Development: Develop and implement methodologies, creating templates and establishing best practices for program governance, quality control, and risk management.
  • Knowledge Management: Design and maintain an effective Knowledge Management System (KMS), ensuring seamless access to critical information and promoting knowledge sharing among teams.
  • Risk and Opportunity Management: Identify, assess, and track program risks, issues, and opportunities, providing data-driven insights to support informed decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Team Supervision: Provide guidance and supervision to project managers and scrum masters, promoting team alignment and delivery excellence.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor progress, prepare comprehensive MIS reports, and present updates to leadership, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Travel Requirements: Travel as required to support program needs, building strong working relationships with colleagues and partners.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree with proven experience in Program/Project Management.
  • Formal training in program and project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to motivate and engage diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Scrum Master, demonstrating expertise in program and project management.
  • Track record of successful program delivery across IT, supply chain, infrastructure, and marketing, with a focus on innovation and results-driven outcomes.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion implementation, with a solid understanding of software development lifecycle and project management principles.
