Project Manager

Job Overview:

Direct and oversee the execution of infrastructure and construction projects across India, ensuring timely completion and exceptional quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies in line with company objectives and client requirements.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, delays, and initiate corrective measures to maintain on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, site teams, subcontractors, and vendors for seamless project execution.
  • Manage project finances, materials, and subcontractor work certification while maintaining accurate documentation and project communication.
  • Lead client interactions, review meetings, and site inspections to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Mentor and guide project engineers, coordinators, and site staff for effective teamwork and professional growth.
  • Ensure timely project completion and handover to clients with full compliance to specifications and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong project management and leadership expertise.
  • Excellent knowledge of construction contracts, government tenders, and billing practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or similar project planning tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple sites and large teams independently.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and office software (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
