About the Role

This is a key position that oversees Question Bank Management, manages a large team of Subject Matter Experts, and works closely with other administrators to meet project requirements.

Years of Experience :: 10 to 20

  • Developing quality Questions Banks for assessments
  • Question Bank Management:
  • Designing and structuring question banks; setting standards for writing and reviewing items in respective domains
  • Tracking inventory and maintaining optimal levels of item availability in assigned non-STEM domains/subjects.
  • SME Management:
  • Defining selection criteria and strategy
  • Monitoring SME performance quality
  • Training and developing SME pools in different domains/subjects
  • Collaborating with SMEs on all test development activities
  • Creating test designs in subjects of expertise and coordinating with SMEs to finalize test designs in other domains/subjects.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to fulfill requirements for test items and question sets.
  • Supporting Lead Administrator in delivering projects and meeting organizational needs
  • Analyzing questions after exams, reporting to senior management

Qualifications

  • Subject Competency in School Subjects till 12th Level as per NCERT Syllabus.
  • Familiarity with Education Systems of the Country and NCERT/CBSE/Boards
  • Experience working in Education Sector related to Assessment & Evaluation - Test Designs/Blueprints, Question Development
  • Strong command over English both written and spoken
  • Good command over spoken Hindi
