Job Title: YouTube Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage the day-to-day operations of our YouTube channel.

About the Role:

This role involves managing all aspects of the YouTube channel's operations, including content publishing, optimization, and community engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of YouTube SEO, analytics, and audience development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Management: Upload, schedule, and publish video content with SEO-driven titles, tags, and descriptions.
  • Channel Optimization: Monitor channel analytics (retention, CTR, watch time, etc.) and provide insights to improve performance.
  • Community Engagement: Create and update playlists, thumbnails, and end screens to enhance viewer navigation and retention.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with video editors, scriptwriters, and storytelling teams to ensure timely delivery of content.
  • Customer Service: Moderate and respond to viewer comments, fostering a positive community.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience managing YouTube channels, preferably for a content-driven organization.
  • Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, analytics, and audience development.
  • Familiarity with editing tools like YouTube Studio and thumbnail creation software.
  • Excellent written communication and coordination skills.
  • Passion for social impact and storytelling.
