Job Title: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary leader to oversee overall hospital operations, providing strategic guidance and direction to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing operational strategies, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, optimizing resources, and driving business excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day hospital operations across clinical and non-clinical departments, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and accreditation, protecting the organization's reputation and financial interests.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient experience and service delivery, leveraging their expertise to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Drive financial performance through effective budgeting, cost control, and resource optimization, aligning operational goals with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement hospital policies, protocols, and performance improvement strategies, promoting a culture of continuous learning and quality improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hospital Operations Management: Proven track record of managing large-scale hospital operations, with expertise in process improvement and lean management.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans, aligning business objectives with operational goals.
  • Healthcare Compliance & Regulations: Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards, with expertise in risk management and crisis response.
  • Patient Care Quality Improvement: Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care, with a focus on patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Financial & Resource Management: Proven ability to manage budgets, optimize resources, and drive financial performance.
  • Leadership & Team Development: Strong leadership skills, with expertise in team development and succession planning.

Preferred Skills:

  • Risk & Crisis Management: Experience in risk management and crisis response, with expertise in developing and implementing crisis management plans.
  • Process Improvement & Lean Management: Knowledge of process improvement methodologies, with expertise in applying lean principles to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Mbbs With Mba In Hospital Administration (Mandatory).
  • Minimum 10 Years Of Progressive Experience In Senior Hospital Administration.

A strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills is essential for the role. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing large hospital operations.
