The Infrastructure team provides our organization with compute, network, and datacenter capacity. We're seeking a skilled procurement professional to support the APAC data center procurement space in India.

As a Procurement Category Manager, you'll create sourcing strategies for complex services categories and collaborate with internal business partners and suppliers to reduce risks and costs. You'll develop mechanisms and metrics to hold suppliers accountable for performance and delivery. You'll drive results through competitive bidding, negotiating, and analyzing data and market trends.

Responsibilities include managing General Contractor and Construction Procurement categories for India, achieving cost savings through negotiations and value engineering, analyzing category data to establish procurement category strategies, and understanding customer needs and concerns across categories and regions.

You'll provide in-depth knowledge about the supply market and supplier capabilities, technically and geographically, to the business. You'll develop mechanisms and metrics to track supplier performance related to delivery, quality, and cost. You'll lead business reviews to discuss best practices and issues and improve supplier performance and strengthen business partnerships.

Innovate within the procurement space by automating and/or improving tools or processes to better support the Procurement Lifecycle. Provide support throughout the contracting process, as well as management of contracts post-execution. Some travel may be required, up to 25%.
