Job Overview
We are seeking an Executive Administration professional for a full-time position. The candidate will play a vital role in managing office operations, supporting management, and ensuring smooth workflow. A suitable candidate should demonstrate proficiency in organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Support executives by creating and maintaining schedules, organizing meetings, and managing correspondence.
- Coordinate with different departments to streamline and enhance communication and operational efficiency.
- Handle inquiries and requests, and resolve or escalate issues as needed to maintain smooth office operations.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation needed for executive meetings and presentations.
- Oversee supply inventory and order necessary materials to ensure uninterrupted office functioning.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information while adhering to company protocols.
