- Liaise with external agencies and organizations on behalf of the school.
- Ensure facilities management and general administration tasks are completed efficiently.
- Supervise housekeeping and security staff to maintain high standards.
- Coordinate essential services like water and electricity supply.
- Manage budgets and logistics for events and meetings.
- Collaborate with the Accountant for fees recovery and financial management.
- Facilitate online and offline school registration through U Dise.
- Ensure school resources are maintained effectively.
- Conduct training and orientations for admin, HSK, security, and transport teams.
- Monitor stock levels and records regularly.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
