We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Client Liaison to join our organization. In this key role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for potential and existing clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from initial inquiry through to successful onboarding.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused professional to make a real impact in our business. As a Client Liaison, you will be responsible for engaging with clients across multiple channels, providing expert guidance on our health transformation programs, and driving client conversion targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing prompt and accurate responses to their inquiries and concerns.
  • Offer clear and concise information about our health transformation programs, highlighting the benefits and value proposition.
  • Guide new clients through the enrollment process, coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Maintain, manage, and update client data using CRM tools and systems.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients post-enrollment, escalating any concerns or issues promptly and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to keep clients informed of any changes or delays that may impact their experience.
  • Contribute to community engagement and promotional initiatives as required.
  • Analyze data and feedback to identify opportunities for improving client satisfaction and retention.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Prior experience in customer service, inside sales, or relationship management is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in English and basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software)
