About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to driving business transformation through data-driven insights.

  • Develop and maintain systems processes, including delivering regular status reports to stakeholders
  • Evaluate and communicate systems requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop analyses and documentation
  • Conduct daily analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot issues

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Visio
  • Proven project management and user testing experience
  • Extensive experience with data visualization and technical writing

The ideal candidate will possess:

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
  • Four or more years of experience as a Business Analyst with a health care domain
  • High proficiency in SQL and database management
  • Experience in health tech, SaaS, or other B2B industries
  • Familiarity with BI tools or basic SQL
