We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused reservations professional to manage our end-to-end reservations process. With our boutique properties in Pondicherry, we are looking for someone passionate about hospitality to set up our foundation for growth.
- Manage bookings across various channels including online travel agencies, direct bookings, and offline channels.
- Handle guest communication via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate data on property management systems and online travel agency extranets.
- Verify property listings and ensure rates, availability, and content are updated.
- Create standard operating procedures, email templates, and booking process documents.
- Review guest communication for tone and accuracy.
- Coordinate with property managers for smooth check-ins and special requests.
- Maintain daily/weekly/monthly booking and revenue reports.
What We Are Looking For
- Education: Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
- Experience: 3+ years in reservations/front office in hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of online travel agency extranets (Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb, etc.).
- Understanding of property management systems and rate management.
- Excellent communication skills (English; other languages a plus).
- Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email drafting.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
