Are you a seasoned hospitality professional seeking a new challenge? If so, we may have the perfect opportunity for you. As a Reservation Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the hospitality industry, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
About the Job:- You will handle inbound and outbound client calls and inquiries to convert into bookings and meet revenue targets.
- You will create business from existing customer accounts by sending new offer updates, packages, and promotions.
- You will maintain the Central Reservation System, create reservations, and update advance payments and balance receivable.
- You will develop and execute OTA marketing and promotion plans to increase bookings.
- You will identify new revenue generation opportunities to achieve personal and property revenue goals.
- You will understand the overall market, including competitors' strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand.
- You will sell against competitors by highlighting our unique offerings and services.
- You will participate in social media travel groups to generate leads and connect with prospective customers.
- You will schedule client visits and coordinate site visits for prospective clients.
- You should have minimum 2-3 years of experience in front office or reservations department (hotels).
- You should have excellent communication skills, with a strong command of English (written and spoken).
- You should have good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel is mandatory.
