Role Overview

This role is responsible for ensuring a balance in HR and Ops communication within the program, adhering to Company policies, and overseeing the 90-Day On-boarding program.

  • Work closely with senior managers to ensure effective HR and Ops communication.
  • Oversee the on-boarding process for new employees.
  • Ensure that employees attend knowledge management training programs.
  • Explain performance appraisals concepts to employees.
  • Help new managers evaluate their subordinates.
  • Conduct exit interviews of A/SAs within timelines.
  • Close PIP cases for A-SAs in a timely manner.
  • Develop and implement HIPO development and career discussion programs for identified employees.
  • Monitor PIP for bottom performers in the program.
  • Manage attrition levels for the program.
  • Reduce grievance levels to zero percent.
  • Organize fun events for employees.
  • Update trackers and reports in real-time and share with stakeholders.
  • Drive rewards and recognition initiatives to motivate employees.
  • Organize meetings and conduct pulse checks for employee engagement.
