We are seeking a skilled Senior Interior Designer to fill this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into clients within the furniture and interior design sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, architects, interior designers, and commercial real estate professionals.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of interior design solutions to effectively communicate value and meet client needs.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve targets, expand customer base, and maximize market share.
  • Conduct negotiations with clients, prepare proposals and contracts, and ensure successful deal closures.
  • Work closely with design and production teams to ensure alignment on client needs, project timelines, and deliverables.
  • Track and report on performance metrics, including revenue, conversion rates, and pipeline status.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience:

A minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in interior design, commercial furniture sales, or a related industry.

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand client needs and market dynamics.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for sales.
