Senior Mobile Video Editor Dev

We are seeking a skilled Flutter developer to create a clean and reliable MVP for video cut editing. The ideal candidate will start from our provided starter project and deliver a structured editor with solid export on both Android and iOS.
This position involves implementing the core editing flow in Flutter, including importing video via file_picker, timeline thumbnail filmstrip with playhead, and split at playhead and delete selected segment. The candidate should also develop a preview playback that skips deleted segments, implement export with FFmpegKit, and support Android & iOS differences.
The chosen individual should be able to refactor into services/state/UI layers, write a concise README, and maintain performance and handle edge cases gracefully. Experience with asynchronous code, ChangeNotifier or Riverpod, and practical understanding of FFmpeg/media pipelines is essential. Additionally, platform knowledge for both Android & iOS, including permissions, storage, and build/signing basics, is required.
Candidates should possess clear communication and documentation skills. A strong portfolio showcasing experience with Flutter, especially in async development and media pipelines, would be highly valued.
