Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Oversee delivery timelines and quality assurance to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Present progress reports to senior management, highlighting account achievements, goals, and quarterly initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration or marketing.
  • At least 5 years of experience in account management or customer success roles within the software industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Goal-oriented attitude with a proactive approach to work.
  • Proficiency in managing client interactions and closing sales deals.
