Job Opportunity:

Senior Business Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our organization as a Senior Business Intelligence Specialist. This individual will play a crucial role in understanding business needs, analyzing data, and developing effective solutions to meet organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex business problems and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Design and implement data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document business processes.
  • Develop and maintain databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and process improvements to optimize business operations.
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate solutions against requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, JIRA, Confluence, or similar software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies, with certification in CBAP/CCBA/Agile BA (optional but a plus).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in domains such as Finance, Healthcare, Retail, or IT services.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and technologies, including machine learning algorithms.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and priorities.
