**Laboratory Instructor Position**

RV University seeks highly skilled Laboratory Instructors to support teaching, training, and skill development of students enrolled in Allied and Healthcare programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct laboratory sessions for undergraduate students in allied and healthcare programs, ensuring a conducive learning environment.
  • Prepare, demonstrate, and evaluate practical skills aligned with curriculum standards, fostering academic excellence.
  • Maintain laboratory equipment, inventory, and ensure timely calibration and servicing, promoting safety and efficiency.
  • Enforce protocols for infection control, waste disposal, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards, upholding the institution's values.
  • Collaborate with academic faculty to integrate laboratory content with theoretical components, enhancing student understanding.
  • Provide technical support to students during internal assessments and skill development, fostering a supportive learning environment.
  • Participate in curriculum review and development of new laboratory manuals, staying abreast of industry developments.
  • Document laboratory sessions, stock registers, and compliance audits, maintaining accurate records.
  • Organize internal and external practical examinations and simulations, evaluating student performance.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree (minimum) in relevant Allied and Healthcare field from a recognized university.
  • Master's Degree or additional certifications is an added advantage.
Desirable Skills:
  • Proficiency in handling laboratory equipment.
  • Strong communication and instructional skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards.
  • Basic computer literacy for academic documentation and report generation.
