About the Position

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Scientific Content & Community Manager to lead our team. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong foundation in clinical nutrition and supplement science, as well as creativity, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.

This key role involves leading initiatives to educate and engage our expert health community, curate science-backed content, and drive affiliate outreach and training programs—all while contributing to our broader brand and product strategy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Community Building Expertise

  • Develop a monthly content calendar of science-based, clinically relevant topics.
  • Manage and grow a vibrant community of health professionals (nutritionists, doctors, fitness experts).
  • Organize webinars, Q&A sessions, and educational events to foster engagement and knowledge exchange.

2. Affiliate Program Management

  • Identify and onboard qualified health professionals into our network.
  • Maintain and manage affiliate dashboards; provide insights to enhance partner performance.
  • Conduct supplement training workshops for affiliates and their teams.

3. Market Research and Analysis

  • Track market trends and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.
  • Provide actionable insights to strengthen brand positioning and content strategy.

4. Scientific Content Creation

  • Develop engaging, evidence-based content for blogs, social media, emails, and expert materials.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and design teams to ensure scientific accuracy and content consistency.

5. Ingredient Substantiation

  • Review clinical studies to support product ingredients and claims with solid evidence.
  • Translate complex scientific findings into simplified, consumer- and marketing-friendly language.
  • Develop educational content around ingredients, health benefits, and formulations.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of nutrition, supplements, and health formulations.
  • Experience in clinical research interpretation and ingredient substantiation.
  • Excellent writing skills with a knack for creating engaging, science-backed content.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic design skills are a plus.
  • Strong outreach, communication, and community management abilities.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and act on performance metrics.
  • Creative, strategic thinker with a passion for health education and community engagement.
