Job Title: Sr EDI Analyst

The Sr EDI Analyst plays a crucial role in the Finance Applications Team, working closely with vendors and cross-functional teams to implement EDI. This position requires a strong technical background in EDI, NetSuite, SPS Commerce, and the ability to effectively automate business process execution.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with SPS Commerce to onboard new vendors for EDI trading and set up EDI communications.
  • Work with Product Operations and Accounting to ensure EDI scenarios meet testing requirements.
  • Monitor EDI transactions daily in NetSuite, SPS Commerce, and Finntech.
  • Communicate with vendors to resolve EDI issues.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve issues impacting EDI transactions, such as Master Data.
  • Apply technical expertise to identify options and best practices for EDI and NetSuite system functionality.
  • Analyze and define EDI requirements for vendors, especially for unusual needs and circumstances.
Experience:
  • Years of EDI experience with standards such as ANSI X, UN/EDIFACT, TRADACOMS, VDA, etc.
  • Netsuite experience for EDI transactions.
  • EDI (Credit/debit adjustment) and EDI (Payment remittance) experience.
  • Hands-on experience with transactions such as Purchase Order, Purchase Order Acknowledgement, Advance Ship Notice, Invoice, and Functional Acknowledgement.
  • Good understanding of Procure to Pay (PP) process ERP systems.
  • Experience working with EDI providers such as SPS Commerce, Open Text, etc.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional value streams like Operations, Receiving, and Accounting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative problem-solving required to design a system that meets clients' individual needs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
