Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Operations Manager to join our team in Visakhapatnam. The successful candidate will have at least 4 years and no more than 6 years of relevant work experience. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail store and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years and maximum 6 years of relevant retail experience
  • Proven track record in resolving customer issues and complaints
  • Strong sales management skills, with ability to motivate and lead sales teams
  • Effective vendor management skills, including contract negotiation and supplier relationship management
  • Expertise in visual merchandising and inventory management
  • Leadership abilities to manage and mentor a team, promoting professional growth and high team morale
  • Solid understanding of budgeting processes, including forecasting sales and managing expenses

Salary Estimate

The estimated salary for this position is ₹750,000 - ₹1,000,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This is a competitive salary that reflects the company's commitment to rewarding its top talent.
