Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a senior finance leader to drive financial strategy and oversee the finance function. The ideal candidate will have at least 20 years of experience in professionally managed organizations and a track record of achievement and growth within the organizations worked in.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing strategic guidance on capital structuring, business expansion, growth, and profitability
- Reviewing, developing, and implementing internal finance policies and procedures
- Contributing to knowledge and implementation of best practices in the businesses
- Managing projects, treasury, cost management, budgeting, and accounting
- Ensuring coordination with auditors for statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits
Requirements:
- CA or CMA qualification from a reputable institution
- At least 20 years of experience in professionally managed organizations
