Time Tracking Specialist

Our company is seeking a skilled Time Tracking Specialist to play a key role in the implementation, configuration, and support of our time tracking solutions.

Your mission will include:

  • Collaboration within project frameworks, including planning, organization, and governance setup.
  • Conducting workshops to identify, analyze, and specify time tracking requirements.
  • Drafting functional specifications and configuring our time tracking module.
  • Monitoring and following up on configuration progress and ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Defining and executing testing scenarios to validate time tracking solutions.
  • Supporting deployment and providing user assistance during the transition to our time tracking system.
  • Delivering training sessions to users and contributing to change management initiatives.
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for configurations and processes.
  • Working closely with HR, payroll, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of time tracking processes.

Key qualifications include:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in time tracking projects, including implementation, support, or migration.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring and supporting time tracking systems.
  • A strong understanding of HR processes, particularly in time tracking, attendance policies, and compliance.
  • Experience in system configuration, testing, and user training.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in diverse and dynamic environments.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
