Key Responsibilities:


Recruitment and Selection



  • Target and engage passive candidates using recruitment tools.
  • Screen resumes and conduct phone screenings.
  • Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to candidates.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish.

Employee Onboarding



  • Enroll new joiners in company benefits and maintain accurate records.
  • Track and verify new joiner documents.
  • Manage the Onboarding kit inventory and ensure timely delivery.
  • Update the Employee Master list on a monthly basis.

Store Coordination



  • Issue GUCCI ID Cards to employees.
  • Audit Uber reports and resolve any discrepancies with stores.

Daily HR Operational Activities



  • Prepare and maintain Retail Facebook content.
  • Coordinate birthday and festival celebrations.
  • Manage interns' trackers and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Coordinate with new joiners and bank representatives for account opening.

Training and Development



  • Assist with the induction of new employees.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for training participants.

Employee Engagement



  • Assist in preparing the engagement calendar.
  • Organize engaging activities for employees.

Requirements:


Work Experience



  • Previous internship experience in HR, preferably in a luxury or retail environment.
  • High attention to detail and strong professional work ethic.
  • Self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized with the ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Masters Degree in HR.
