**Job Description:**The Campus Head oversees the student experience, managing academics and activities. They are responsible for financial planning, collaborating with departments, and ensuring clear communication.Their key responsibilities include:
  • Leading the campus strategy, eliminating obstacles to team goals, and facilitating effective communication within and across teams
  • Managing P&L and cross-functional teams at the campus level, coordinating initiatives with the central program team
  • Collaborating with academics and student success teams to track students' progress and drive outcomes
  • Setting up processes to improve engagement levels and performance through pedagogy, content, and class delivery
  • Managing the campus student experience charter, marketing, and branding
  • Partnering with industries to deliver internship and placement outcomes
  • Maintaining strong collaboration and bonding with the partner university
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**To excel in this role, you should possess:
  • A minimum of 6+ years of experience in category management
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • Goal-driven mindset, comfortable working in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to balance short-term goals with long-term process setup
  • Empathy towards students and a desire for aspirational outcomes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
