Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior System Engineer to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide day-to-day support of client networks, servers, storage, and overall infrastructure. They will be responsible for maintaining our clients' IT infrastructure remotely and at customer site(s) when needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and troubleshoot network and system issues, remote or on-premise as needed.
  • Help architect and implement IT projects such as high availability, virtualization, and cloud services.
  • Work closely with Managers, Service Coordinators, and other Engineers to meet customer service-level commitments and provide world-class customer service.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience administering, configuring, optimizing, and maintaining Windows-based networks and servers. Strong experience with Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365 administration, and Windows security is also required.

Familiarity with on-premise and cloud-based backup solutions and cloud-based email systems (O365, GSuite) is desired. Experience with MDM solutions (Intune, Jamf, etc.) is also a plus.
