Interior Design Project Lead

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Interior Design Project Lead to oversee the execution of interior projects from design to delivery. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for managing project schedules, ensuring quality control, and providing technical guidance to site supervisors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and interpret 2D/3D drawings across all disciplines to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
  • Identify potential design gaps and anticipate risks to mitigate any negative impacts on the project timeline.
  • Validate and review work orders, BOQs, drawings, and related documentation to guarantee compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop detailed project execution schedules with clear task interdependencies and communicate these effectively to stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and remotely monitor progress to maintain quality control and address any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with designers, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
  • Update project trackers, summaries, and circulate weekly progress reports to stakeholders to maintain transparency and accountability.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in Management or Construction Management, preferably from a Tier I/Tier II institution.
  • Strong background in project management, engineering, or architecture with at least 3 years of experience.
  • Proven track record of successful project execution, particularly in home renovation projects.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess design feasibility and visualize on-site conditions.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
