About UX Research Internship Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented UX Research Intern to join our product and design teams. As a UX Research Intern, you will play a vital role in uncovering insights that shape the future of our platform.

This is a hands-on role where you'll get exposure to different research methods, contributing to meaningful product improvements. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.

  • Conduct user interviews to gain a deeper understanding of user needs and preferences.
  • Review our product to identify usability issues and suggest data-driven improvements.
  • Benchmark competitor products to highlight opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Identify key themes and insights from user interviews, usability tests, and feedback.
  • Assist with surveys, data collection, and analysis to uncover behavioral patterns and trends.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to turn findings into actionable solutions.

Requirements:

  • Strong interest in UX research, usability, and human-centered design principles.
  • Familiarity with basic research methods, including user interviews, surveys, and competitor analysis.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and note-taking skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
  • Bonus: Experience with tools such as Google Forms, Figma, Miro, or survey platforms.
