Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced User Experience Designer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering seamless and engaging user experiences through wireframes and prototypes, working closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to translate business goals into intuitive designs.

Key responsibilities include conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis to improve design effectiveness, ensuring consistency and scalability across all digital touchpoints, and developing and maintaining a design system for enhanced workflow and brand consistency.

Additionally, the successful candidate will stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in web and mobile app design
  • Proficiency in Figma or similar tools
  • A keen eye for modern, minimalist, and user-centric designs
  • Strong expertise in UX principles, usability, and accessibility (WCAG)
  • Experience working with design systems and reusable UI components
  • Ability to collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an iterative design approach based on user research
  • Excellent communication skills
