Senior User Experience Research Specialist

As a seasoned UX research expert, you will lead strategic initiatives, inspire collaboration in a fast-paced environment, and deliver actionable insights that shape user-centered solutions aligned with business goals.
About the Role:- Define Research Objectives: Partner with stakeholders to identify and prioritize research objectives aligned with business strategies, user needs, and success metrics. Ensure alignment between research outcomes and business targets.
- Conduct User Behavior Studies: Investigate user goals, pain points, and workflows using contextual inquiries, ethnographic research, and interviews. Develop a deep understanding of user behaviors and preferences.
- Develop Research Strategies: Design research plans using methods such as usability testing, A/B testing, surveys, or advanced MR techniques like conjoint and segmentation. Identify the most effective research approaches for each project.
- Evaluate and Analyze Usability: Facilitate usability and accessibility testing, identify improvement opportunities, and provide evidence-based recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement design changes.
- Communicate Insights: Translate complex research into clear design and business recommendations; communicate findings via reports, visualizations, and workshops. Develop compelling narratives to drive business decisions.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with designers, product teams, and management to ensure research directly informs product and feature decisions. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
