Job Description:

As a Staff Software Engineer, you will serve as a trusted technical leader, domain-level architect and mentor across teams. You will lead large-scale, cross-functional engineering initiatives that align technical roadmaps with strategic business outcomes. You will own critical technical decisions across multiple domains, ensuring long-term platform scalability, performance and reliability.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Expertise in Backend Development using Python, Java, C#, or Golang with strong knowledge of distributed systems and scalable architectures.
• Advanced skills in Data & Messaging using Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Proficient in Cloud Technologies including AWS, GCP, Azure and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Bamboo).
• Strong System Design & Architecture skills including Microservices, Domain-driven design, Event-driven architecture, Reusable frameworks and Shared libraries.
• Preferred skills in AI & Innovation including Adoption of AI accelerators, RAG, LLMs, Vector Databases and AI-first engineering practices.
• Collaboration & Leadership skills including Technical mentorship, stakeholder management, cross-team communication and org-wide technical direction.
