Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned RPG developer to join our team as a Senior RPG Analyst. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AS400/RPG technologies and experience working with vendor or custom-built environments.

This role requires expertise in RPGLE and RPG Free formatting, including developing modules in JSON, SQLRPGLE programs, and leading teams from a development and system support setting.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement solutions using RPGLE and RPG Free formatting to drive business growth and improvement.
  2. Design and develop SQLRPGLE programs to meet business needs.
  3. Lead teams from a development and system support perspective to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
  4. Resolve Tickets in accordance with SLA to maintain high-quality service levels.
  5. Continuously improve processes for excellence and speed.
  6. Represent the IT team in meetings to communicate technical insights and solutions.
  7. Perform QA & Testing to ensure quality standards are met.
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with warehouse management systems.
  • Developing in-house software.
  • PMP and ITIL Certifications.
