Job Title: Financial Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Strategist to drive our finance and advisory operations forward. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing comprehensive financial reports, ensuring tax compliance, and supporting project financing through meticulous financial models.

  • Develop and analyze in-depth financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
  • Design and implement robust financial models and conduct ratio analysis to inform strategic decision-making and fundraising activities.
  • Prepare Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), feasibility studies, and cash flow projections.
  • Manage Direct Tax, GST, and TDS compliance, including return filings, reconciliations, and assessments.
  • Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
  • Assist in due diligence, valuations, and financial analysis for debt syndication and fundraising transactions.
  • Provide insights on cost optimization, working capital management, and financial planning.

The successful candidate will possess a strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation laws, and GST compliance, as well as hands-on experience with financial modeling, project reports, and ratio analysis. They will be proficient in MS Excel, Tally/ERP, and financial reporting tools, with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
