Job Role:

We are seeking a Data Analyst to support our operations in Noida, India. The ideal candidate will assist in generating high-quality data insights, collaborate with global regions on system rollouts, and contribute to our culture of innovation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in data capture, organization, storage, and analysis for cost indices and escalation
  • Maintaining construction project cost databases, including data capture, cleaning, organization, storage, and analysis
  • Managing large datasets in Excel
  • Collaborating with cost estimators/quantity surveyors to fill data gaps
  • Contributing to historic data collection, capture, and utilization processes
  • Performing additional duties as deemed necessary by supervisor or senior leadership
  • Coordinating with senior and technical staff

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree + 2 years relevant experience
  • Strong decision-making abilities, excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in data analysis and management is required
  • Understanding of IT technology, including MS Windows, MS Office Suites
  • Experience with Microsoft suite, particularly managing data in Excel and SharePoint, is preferred
  • SQL, Python, R, PowerBI, and Tableau skills are beneficial
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Interest or experience in the construction industry or related fields
  • Dedication to current/continued pursuit of registrations
  • Excellent English communication skills
