Marketing Cloud Intelligence Specialist Job

The ideal candidate will have proven hands-on experience in the Marketing Cloud Intelligence platform, including managing data streams. They should have a solid understanding of reporting metrics used within the marketing industry and demonstrated experience building marketing dashboards in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing data streams and ensuring seamless integration with the Marketing Cloud Intelligence platform.
  • Developing and maintaining complex marketing dashboards to provide insights into client campaigns.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely data delivery.
  • Providing exceptional support to clients through clear and concise communication of marketing metrics and trends.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience using MCI/Datorama, including managing data streams.
  • Strong understanding of reporting metrics used within the marketing industry.
  • Demonstrated experience building marketing dashboards in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication skills – written and verbal – for effective communication with internal stakeholders and clients.
