Job Title: Employee Relations Consultant

 Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of proactive strategies to improve employee relations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a consistent framework for anticipating, improving, and resolving employee relations matters.
  • Provide strategic consultation to HR leaders on employee relations initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with the Global ELR team and Employment, Labor Legal (ELL) to drive strategic employee relations initiatives.
  • Identify and analyze employee relations issues and patterns, and develop recommendations to address them.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in employee relations or a related field.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in organizational studies/psychology or a related HR discipline.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to exercise good judgment and handle sensitive matters with tact and diplomacy.
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization, including VP levels.
