Project Coordinator

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to lead the end-to-end delivery of retail interior projects.

  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum 4 years of experience in project management, specifically in the retail interior design and fit-out sector.
  • They will possess strong knowledge of Advanced Excel for project tracking, budgeting, and reporting, as well as familiarity with CAD software and ability to understand and review technical drawings and plans.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role, along with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee the execution of retail interior projects from design to handover.
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, contractors, suppliers, and designers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop, manage, and track project budgets and timelines to ensure timely completion within agreed financial and time constraints.
  • Monitor the quality of materials, finishes, and installations to ensure compliance with specifications and client expectations.
  • Source and manage suppliers for furniture, fixtures, and fittings to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
  • Identify potential risks during project execution and implement mitigation plans to minimize delays and costs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of project management experience, specifically in the retail interior design and fit-out sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel for project tracking, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with CAD software and ability to understand and review technical drawings and plans.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain professional relationships.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
