We are seeking an experienced professional to fill this senior legal position. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a pioneering online dispute resolution platform.
As a Senior Legal Associate, you will play a crucial role in administering disputes on the dispute resolution platform. You will provide administrative and technical support to parties involved in the dispute resolution process, manage dispute communication, and assist with case management.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in arbitration or contract drafting, preferably with 2+ years of experience. A law graduate with excellent drafting, written and verbal communication skills is required. Advanced proficiency in word processing software, such as MS Word, is also necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer disputes on the dispute resolution platform
- Provide administrative and technical assistance to parties in the dispute resolution process
- Manage dispute communication and assist in case management
- Provide task support to and coordinate with neutrals
- Handle the neutral empanelment process
- Manage judicial requisitions and correspondence
