Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Scheduling: Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 and conduct detailed forensic delay analysis.
  • Delay Analysis: Identify and substantiate delayed events, disruptions, and variations impacting the critical path.
  • Claim Preparation: Prepare and defend comprehensive EOT, disruption, prolongation, and quantum-related claims in line with contractual requirements.
  • Cost Analysis: Assist in cost analysis, quantity surveying, financial assessments, and evaluation of claims.
  • Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, advising on risks, obligations, and entitlements.
  • Commercial Risk Assessment: Provide insights on cost estimation, budgeting, variations, and commercial risk assessment.
  • Dispute Resolution: Support arbitration, mediation, and litigation by preparing and defending claims.

Requirements

Key Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Additional qualifications in Arbitration, or Delay Analysis are preferred.
  • Experience: 7-9 yrs of extensive experience in construction claims, arbitration, dispute resolution, and contract management, preferably within large-scale infrastructure or construction projects.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Delay Analysis/EOT, Critical Path Method (CPM), Planning & Scheduling Tools (Primavera P6, MS Project), and Forensic Planning.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
