Job Overview:

The Shift Lead position requires a seasoned professional with 5-7 years of experience in production and team handling.

This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring the proper use of machinery, equipment, and assembly lines within a production area.

You will work closely with unit supervisors to create an effective work environment and reinforce production schedules and quality.

Your responsibilities include resolving technical/quality problems and logistic issues that may arise during the shift.

In addition, you will serve as a mentor and coach to teams, guiding them towards their development and growth.

To be successful in this role, you must possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise shift team's progress against work plans
  • Provide regular feedback and make recommendations to management
  • Cooperate with unit supervisor to create an effective work environment
  • Reinforce production schedules and quality

Requirements:

For this role, we are looking for candidates with 5-7 years of experience in production and team handling, full-time engineering in Electrical, and experience in SAP, production job posting, and order creation.
