**About the Role**

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our Growth team at Apna. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for visiting clients, generating prospects, and managing objection handling to drive business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visiting 8-10 clients a day to pitch our hiring products
  • Generating prospects and sharing data with your manager
  • Managing objection handling and customer expectations
  • Selling recruitment solutions to SMB clients
  • Onboarding clients and posting their first job on the platform
  • Creating references in the market and driving organic revenue
  • Representing the Apna brand and pitching our value proposition
  • Working on weekly and monthly targets and ensuring adherence to short and long-term goals

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of work experience in client-facing B2B roles
  • Hustler, Street Smart, Negotiation, Lead generation, and Knocking skills
  • Team player and strong people person
  • Strong preference for HRTech experience or BFSI/Insurance hard cold selling experience
  • Bike and DL are a must for this traveling role
