Leading Successful Implementation Projects for Oracle's HCM Cloud Solution

The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of experience in functional architecture, with expertise in multiple modules of the HCM Cloud suite. They should have hands-on experience with cloud technology, analytical problem-solving skills, and excellent interpersonal abilities.

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in resolving issues during test cycles, building POCs during the sales cycle, and enhancing existing tools & accelerators. You will also be responsible for identifying and resolving issues encountered during test cycles.

  • Enable successful go-lives for HCM Cloud implementation projects as a highly visible and strategic Functional Architect.
  • Resolve issues in implementation projects, build POCs during the sales cycle, and enhance existing tools & accelerators.
  • Identify and resolve issues encountered during test cycles.
  • Be a subject matter expert in a functional capacity across HCM Cloud modules, with expertise in multiple modules and exposure to the entire HCM Cloud suite.
  • Have exposure to ODA in a functional capacity.
  • Have worked as a functional lead/architect for implementing HCM Cloud for one or more geographies (EMEA, APAC, North America, Latin America).
