We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Utilities C2M Architect/Techno-Functional Consultant to join our organization.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with expertise in Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B), Meter Data Management (MDM), Service and Asset-based architecture within C2M, Field Service Integration with MWM or external FSM platforms, Smart Grid Gateway for integration with head-end systems, meter-to-cash (M2C) processes including billing, meter reads, usage processing, VEE, exceptions handling, service orders, and strong understanding of Customer Information Systems (CIS), MDM, and utility operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement Oracle Utilities solutions for large-scale utility implementations
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and architecture blueprints
  • Lead cross-functional teams and conduct architecture reviews and workshops
  • Identify and mitigate risks in solution delivery
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
Requirements
  • Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA Suite, and Oracle MFT
  • Familiarity with Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, and event-driven architecture
  • Experience with Head-end system integration, AMI, and SCADA data flows via SGG or custom adapters
  • Strong data modeling, batch processing, schema design, and validation rules within Oracle Utilities applications
  • Understanding of Oracle Database, SQL/PLSQL, and performance optimization techniques
  • Knowledge of role-based access control, security policies, and data privacy standards
