Senior Oracle OSM Consultant

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Oracle OSM consultant to join our organization. This role offers the opportunity to work on multiple Oracle Communications OSS Stack products, enabling you to design, implement, and support OSS solutions for diverse and complex projects in the telecommunications domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implementation
    • Implement Oracle Communications OSS solutions including OSM, RODOD, RSDOD, and NRM.
  • Technical Solution Development
    • Translate high-level design (HLD) requirements into detailed technical solutions.
  • Documentation and Deployment
    • Prepare technical design documents such as HLDs, LLDs, and other project-specific documentation.
    • Perform code build and deployment for development and testing environments.
  • Troubleshooting and Support
    • Handle installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of OSM and related components.
    • Support solution integration, testing, and optimization activities.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end OSS implementations.
    • Work independently or as part of a team to ensure project deliverables are met on time.
  • Ongoing Support and Guidance
    • Provide technical support and guidance for ongoing implementations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience
    • 3–9 years of experience with Oracle OSM (version 7.3.x and above), preferably in the telecommunications domain.
  • Education
    • BE/BTech/MCA/MTech in Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunications.
  • Technical Expertise
    • Strong understanding of OSS domain concepts and communications industry workflows.
    • Proficiency with Java, XML, XQuery, WebServices, WebLogic, and RDBMS technologies.
    • Solid knowledge of UNIX/Linux environments and scripting.
  • Awareness and Soft Skills
    • Awareness of TMF/eTOM, SID Data Model, and Oracle RODOD/RSDOD solutions.
    • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in collaborative environments.
