Job Title: Lead Assessor- Social Audit

Job Description:

The role of a Lead Assessor in social auditing involves conducting comprehensive assessments of an organization's compliance with social responsibility standards.

As a seasoned professional, you will lead a team of assessors in evaluating the effectiveness of an organization's policies and practices related to labor rights, workplace safety, and environmental sustainability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hold a degree in Law, HR, Occupational Health and Safety, or Environment; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • Exhibit customer service orientation and results-oriented business acumen.
  • Demonstrate ability to operate in multicultural environments with diverse socio-economic backgrounds.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Possess minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in social compliance & CTPAT auditing, with at least 200 verifiable social compliance audit days.
  • APSCA Certified Social Compliance Auditor (CSCA) certification is highly valued.
  • SA8000 Auditor Certification, RBA, BSCI Certification, Higg, or equivalent certifications are considered desirable.
  • Knowledge of international and local labor standards and human rights issues is preferred.
  • Frequent domestic travel and occasional overseas travel may be required.
