Drive innovation and advancement in our research department as a specialist responsible for product development, technical support, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Development: Create products based on design rules, utilizing strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Tech Support: Provide assistance to production and quality teams, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Market Analysis: Identify opportunities for growth and optimization by analyzing market trends and competitive landscape.
  • R&D Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of research methodologies, product development processes, and relevant technologies.
  • Project Management: Lead the product lifecycle from conception to validation, ensuring quality standards and market needs are met.
  • Design Documentation: Prepare documentation as per new product development and release procedure.
  • Quality Assurance: Responsible for characterization and approval of new material approvals, supporting operations for handling quality issues related to raw materials.
  • Change Management: Adhere to change management process as defined by established guidelines.
  • Customer Requirements: Address customer requirements from automotive industry and find new/alternate material supplier development.
  • Audits and Compliance: Handle audits and its requirements, providing technical support to the Quality department.
  • PPAP and RCA: Experience with PPAP documentation, responsible for RCA with head of quality tools DFMEA.
Requirements:
  • Skillset: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering or science.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in research and development, product development, or a related field.
  • Languages: Proficient in English language.
